1. For Hong Kong / Macau Customers 

FREE DELIVERY - purchase goods HK$400 or more at SOAPiFY HK, restricted to delivery within Hong Kong and Macau only

2. For Hong Kong customers - spending below HK$400

(delivery charge paid upon delivery, approximately HK$30) - spend HK$400 or less, delivery charge will be paid directly to S.F. Express courier upon delivery. Final payment due is based on S.F. Express delivery price list.

3. For Macau customers - S.F. Express courier service

i)  For all orders below $400, an additional $35 will be added for delivery via S.F. Express

ii)  For all orders of $400 or more will receive free delivery via S.F. Express

4. For Taiwan customers - Hong Kong postal service (registered mail) or S.F. Express

i)  For all orders below $500, an additional $50 will be added for delivery via registered mail or S.F. Express

ii)  For all orders of $500 or more will receive free delivery via registered mail or S.F. Express

6. All products sold are guaranteed 100% new, if not, a full refund will be granted. 

7. All orders will be sent out within 3-7 working days from confirmation of order.
