Q1: How do I purchase products on your website?

Place the products you want to purchase in your cart and log-in to checkout your order (for non-members, you will need to register to become a member). Checkout all products on your order and your order will be confirmed.



Q2: How long does it take to receive my ordered products?

After payment is confirmed, the order will be placed and sent out within 72 hours. Once sent, a tracking number will be sent to you and you can track the status of the order via S.F. Express' website. Under normal circumstances you will receive your order within 2-3 working days. We will notify you should there be any out of stock items. 



Q3: I will receive all products after placing the order?

All products sold on our website are classified under current or pre-ordered products. Should we encounter any out of stock products we will follow up accordingly with the distributor. However, if under any circumstances the product becomes unavailable we will either cancel your order or exchange for another product. Thank you in advance for your understanding.


**Once you complete the transaction of your order on our website, an agreement between seller and buyer is confirmed. But this does not represent the order is completed, therefore, should there be circumstances whereby the products are unavailable or out of stock and the order cannot be completed, the final decision will be made by the seller.



Q4: Is there any delivery charge?

If the minimum purchase amount is not achieved on your order, a delivery charge of $25-$40 or more will be charged; free delivery spending amounts will differ depending on promotional offers ongoing on the website therefore the final minimum spending granted for free delivery will be based on the listed amount during checkout. 



Q5: Is the source of the products reliable?

All products sold on Soapify HK are guaranteed certified and genuine products that are directly sold to us via the distributor. We are the official seller of all the products sold on our website.



Q6: What payment methods are accepted on your website?

We currently accept credit card (VISA / Master Card / American Express) / PayPal / Bank Transfer / PayMe. You can select your payment method based on your personal preference. 



Q7: Can I alter my order after placing the order?

We apologize that once your order has been placed, no changes can be made. Should you need to amend anything on your order, please cancel the order first and place your order again.



Q8: Can I receive the products in person or place the order via telephone?

We cannot do this due to protect your shopping rights when making the purchases via online. All orders must be made online.



Q9: What can we do should we find problems with the products received?

Please do not worry if you receive any flawed products (this does not include handmade soap products) or receive an incorrect order as well have after sales service. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and our staff will assist you accordingly.
